Refund Policy

At I Belli Capelli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that after 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards.

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. These include:

- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not     due to our error
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ibellicapelli.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ibellicapelli.com and send your item to: 201 S. Biscayne Blvd, Suite 1200, Miami FL 33131, United States.

Shipping

Place your packing slip or other proof of purchase along with the product(s) to be returned in a mailing package. (Make sure to keep a copy of what you send us for your records)

Please be sure to include the following information in your package:
-Your Name
-Your Address
-Your Order Number
-The products you're returning


To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the item has been used or damaged by the customer.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please check your order when it arrives. In the event of any damage, please contact us within 48 hours by email at info@ibellicapelli.com. Include the order number and your name, address, email and/or phone number so we can contact you.
